I am a coach, a writer, a not-so-fine illustrator, and the creator of The Gentle Grounding.

Curious about my background? I’m an NLP Master Coach, Gestalt Therapist, and Life Coach. As a fallible human, I’m endlessly fascinated by the intricacies of human nature and how we can soften, heal, and grow. I experiment often, make mistakes, gather lessons, and find joy in the process. Sometimes I make headway; sometimes I keep learning. I have a deep love for life philosophy, Buddhism, and Stoicism — threads you’ll often find woven into my reflections.
