XAE#$HG, YQLLH, F!9JHA.
Remember what came up for the previous words, and check the same for the following words:
COVID, ANXIETY, FIRST SALARY, BABY, LAUGH, JOY?
Do you notice any difference?

Words have incredible power to evoke stories, experiences, visuals and emotions. However, meaningless words like XAE#$HG, YQLLH, and F!9JHA failed to elicit any emotional response from us. Words with no meaning give us nothing: no story, no emotion, no experience.
Power of Words and Language
“Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic. Capable of both inflicting injury, and remedying it.” - J.K. Rowling
With around 7,000 languages spoken worldwide, we are fluent in only one or two. However, even one language contains countless words, yet we often limit ourselves by repeatedly using the same words and creating the same experiences in our lives.
Words and Affirmations
Even in affirmations, we tend to use the same generalized phrases that may not resonate with our individual experiences. Affirmations work but often fail when we choose someone else's words without considering if they align with our reality. Instead, we should create affirmations in our language, choosing the words that resonate with us.
For example, saying "I'm a healthy person" may feel like a lie if you have high blood pressure or cholesterol. Instead, we should use words that align with our present reality and desired future, such as "I am becoming healthier every day" or "I am in the process of healing and getting better."
Changing the wording can make a big difference in how it is perceived and experienced. Take inspiration from the existing affirmations but always check with yourself if they resonate with you or not.
Language and Thoughts
“Change your language and you change your thoughts.” - Karl Albrecht
Language is a tool that helps us connect with others, create a sense of community and home, and express our emotions and experiences. However, it remains a method of constructing and understanding our own thoughts, which ultimately shapes our perception of reality.
Our thoughts are a conversation with ourselves, and the words we use affect our experiences. By being mindful of the words we choose, we can better control our thoughts and ultimately our lives.

Small shifts in words, you use in your language, can shift the entire meaning and create new experiences that align with our truth and help us manifest our desired reality. So, let's use words to empower ourselves and others, and create a better world.
A simple experiment you can try is to take a sentence containing "BUT" and replace it with "AND" to observe the difference in your experience.

A famous Arabic proverb even goes as far as to say “Learn a language, and you'll avoid a war".
Now that we know language shapes our thoughts, emotions, and reality. We can use language more intentionally to create a more fulfilling life.
💡: Pay closer attention to the language you are using in your daily interactions with yourself and with others. Is it creating the experiences you want or it requires some tweaking?
💡: Create 3 affirmations using your own words and repeat for the next 21 days before bed and after waking up.
Happy wording. XO,
Harshank
